Abstract

Natural resource management (NRM) is one of the crucial aspects of geography education. This study aims to examine various teaching methods that can enhance students' understanding of NRM. Project-based learning, problem-based learning, and geospatial approaches are among the effective strategies for teaching NRM concepts. This literature study indicates that more interactive and experiential methods tend to increase students' environmental awareness and critical thinking skills. Therefore, educators need to implement appropriate methods to ensure that geography education has a positive impact on students' understanding and skills in managing natural resources sustainably.
