Analisis Efesiensi Produksi Usaha Peternakan Ayam Ras (Broiler) Pedaging di Kecamatan Lasusua Kabupaten Kolaka Utara

Abstract

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat Efisiensi Produksi Ayam Ras Pedaging di Kecamatan Lasusua Kabupaten Kolaka Utara. Manfaat penelitian ini yaitu sebagai pedoman/informasi bagi peternak ayam ras pedaging dalam mengendalikan dan mengembangkan usahanya, dan juga sebagai informasi bagi  kecamatan lasusua  khusunya dan pemerintahan di Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara pada umumnya dalam meningkatkan kebijakan sub sektor peternakan baik untuk usaha peternakan ayam ras yang masa akan dating. Variable yang diamati meliputi produksi ayam ras, Penggunaan HOK (hari orang kerja), bibit dan penggunaan vaksin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Faktor-faktor input bibit, ditinjau dari harga faktor input terhadap output tidak efisiensi, artinya keuntunganya yang diperoleh peternak ayam ras pedaging belum maksimal. Untuk mencapai keuntungan yang maksimal peternak perlu menambah penggunaan input dalam proses produksi ayam ras pedaging. Faktor input tenaga kerja, pakan, dan vaksin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produksi bibit  usaha peternakan ayam ras pedaging di kecamatan lasusua Kabupaten Kolaka Utara. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa semakin banyak bibit,pakan dan pemakaian hari orang kerja akan semakin menambah produksi yang dihasilkan.

ABSTRACT

The research aims to analysis the level of efficient use of production hens Farm at the village boiler sound flesh the Subdistrict North Kolaka Regency Lasusua. The benefits of research, namely as a guide/information for breeder  hens in the contol and development of its business, a well as information for local government subdistrick Lasusua in particular and the Government of the province of south East Sulawesi in General in determining the policy sub sector of farm livestock business is good for hens in the foreseeable future. The observed variables inclide hens production, the use of HOK (day job), seed and use vaksin. The results showed the input seed factors, reviewed the input factor of the price against the price factor output is not efficient, meaning that the advantage obtained by breeders in hens flesh have not been fullest. To achieve the maximum profit breeders need to augment the use of inputs in the production process of hans flesh. Input factor labour, feed, vaksin and positive and significant effect on seed production of hens farm sound fleash Lasusua village subdistrict of North Kolaka Regency Lasusua. Thus it can be said that the more seed, the feed and the use of the working person today would further increase the production of seed produced.
